The Catholic Daughters of the Americas

One of the largest organizations of Catholic women in the world,
Catholic Daughters of the Americas was founded in 1903.


Mission statement: 
Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) strives to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality, and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all.
On January 24, 1999, Court Angels of Mary #2460 was established primarily as a service organization.  Some of our projects have included Mother Teresa Day Shelter, Women’s Shelter, The Ark Assessment Center, FYLIP (to help foster youth ages 18-25), disaster and flood relief, and Reading Across America.  In addition,  CDA helps defray some of the parish’s expenses.

Next meeting is on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 (and every second Tuesday of the month.) Refreshments are at 6:30 PM; meeting starts at 7 PM at CC#2. All ladies of the parish, 18 years of age and older are invited to join us.

BREAKFAST FOR THE HOMELESS - Donations are gratefully accepted anytime: eggs, little smoked sausages, milk, juice, cereal, plastic cutlery, paper goods (plates, bowls, cups, napkins), jelly, creamer. Please place donations in the box at church or take to the parish office.
